Three Buildings Explored
This past week I made the long trip out to Columbus Ohio, with a list of places to visit. In total we explored three locations. First was the Nelson Plant, a huge structure filled with some of the best graffiti I have ever seen. That says a lot because I have seen a lot of graffiti in my abandoned building explorations. After that we drove to the nearby Landmark Grain Elevator. This place, unfortunately, stunk of rotting soybeans. It was so bad that even now, several days later, the stench (which can be compared to that of rotting corpses) still lingers. But as for the place itself, it was enormous with huge silo's and interior to explore. The back side had two huge structures in the back, one enclosed and with a roof that allowed for large amounts of echoing. Lastly was the Mudhouse Mansion, a large Victorian house filled with tons of details. Overall the quality of the places I continue to explore grows with each trip.
