A Look into the Past

This blog was almost never written, but after looking back at the old versions of the site that we have had in the past, we had to share them with you for those that don't remember them. Nicholas J Photography stared out as NJz Kollectionz back in 2007. At the time it was just to showcase some of the different types of art that Nick Klein, still in high school, had been working on.

As you can see from the images below, the website has come a long way since then. The second version of the website was a step forward indeed, but being in 2009 by a kid with no training in code, you see what you get. That same year the site evolved once more into the 3rd version of it's 5 stage life. By this time, it became known as Nicholas J Photography. Finally, in 2011 the website evolved into it's fourth rendering, a site that to this day we do not consider half bad. A side scrolling website custom designed to the core. 

This was not enough of course. In 2012 the website took the biggest change in design by moving into the Joomla CRM Framework. This modern age website is the juggernot you see today, and has steadily grown and evolved since it's creation. The site continues to expand with new features every few months such as our web development programs, video options, subscription enabled blogs, and product catalog to order fine prints, as well as social media integration, Facebook enabled log in, and custom forms. This site truley represents the skillset of NJP in all realms: Photography, Video, Graphic Design, and above all Web Development.

Who knows where the site will go from here, maybe some day we will write another blog and this blog will seem like a relic from the past, but for now we remise on where we have come from and where we might go in the future.
