Smoke in Motion 2

Creative Project

Lets try again!

Just as with my water droplets, I have gone back for a second try at smoke in motion. With this series I focused on the addition of new objects.

With a very similar technique as in my first try, this time I messed with apples and light bulbs. Hope you enjoy these new photo's. I also have some good news and that is I have purchased both a new camera and flash, both of which will make taking water drops and smoke much easier as I will be able to trigger my flash wirelessly instead of having to hold it myself. So I imagine I will attempt smoke in motion again not too long from now, as well as more water droplets.

Photographing both water and smoke in motion has become a very strong passion for me, it is amazing and intriguing at what one can capture when you freeze just an instant in time. Just milliseconds late in taking the picture and the drop is gone.
