Can you host a site for much cheaper, 100%! However, here you'll find experts constantly making sure all the plugins of your website are up-to-date to keep your site secure from hackers. On top of that, we do frequent backups, general improvements as technology changes (often at no cost), and make sure website changes YOU request are done correctly (which also means you don't have to worry about coding or resizing or any of that jargon).

Google Workspace Business Emails

As a specialist managing business emails by Google, we can make sure you have all of the communication and file storing tools that your business needs. Google Workspace will provide you with a plethora of business tools, including Email, Google Drive (to create, share, and edit files), Google Calendar, Google Contacts, and Google Meet for video calls. Our fee is exactly the same as Google charges, so it is a simple decision to let us manage your email and gain admin support for your accounts.

How does the setup fee get quoted?

The setup fee for your website is primarily based on the number and type of pages it includes. We categorize pages as:

  • Static pages: These pages generally do not change often, like 'About Us' or 'Contact' pages.
  • Dynamic pages: These pages feature content that regularly updates, such as blog posts or product listings.
  • Custom forms: These are forms with tailored fields and specific formatting for emails sent between you and your clients.

Our standard package starts at $1850, which accommodates most of our clients' needs. This includes up to 15 static pages, 3 dynamic pages, and 3 custom forms.

Factors that might increase the setup fee include:

  • Pre-existing content: For example, if you need to import a large number of old blog posts.
  • Additional requirements: Should you need more static pages, dynamic pages, or custom forms beyond the initial allotment.

Pricing for additional elements:

  • Additional static pages: $50 each.
  • Additional dynamic pages: $150 each.
  • Additional custom forms: $100 each.

Please note that our maintenance service only covers updates and changes to the original set of pages and forms built into your website. Any new pages or forms requested after the site goes live will be subject to the additional fees listed above.

Example - Even OUR website stays within the bounds of the base price (despite having hundreds of pages). We have 9 static pages, 3 dyamic pages (portfolio, blog, and reviews), and 3 forms.

How does the website build process work?

The first step of your new website build is to outline what pages you want on your new website (home, about, contact, etc...), as well as what copy (text/verbiage) and graphics/images (logos, team, interior/exterior photos, etc...) to put on those pages. We will work with you to discuss your goals for your website and help develop content and images to make your vision come to life.

Once this step is completed, we will provide an Intake Form, Estimate, Terms & Conditions to review,and an invoice for the initial 50% of the website build cost. At this stage, we set an estimated launch date and get your site in production! You can typically expect to see a mock up of your site in 4 to 6 weeks. From there, we make any revisions you have in mind and then your site goes live once it’s approved.

Can we meet in person?

Yes! While many of our clients prefer email, phone, or video calls, we certainly understand the preference for a face-to-face. Some clients have chosen us, being local in Fort Wayne, for this exact reason!

Will my website build really be just $1850?

Our base setup fee is more than enough for 90% of websites we build. We can discuss pricing with you for sites that require more pages, but either way you are in great hands with our in-house writer, designer, and photographer. Each page is meticulously hand-crafted and tested.

How quickly are changes I need to the site done?

We pride ourselves in working FAST. We have heard horror stories of other developers taking weeks just to respond. That is not our motto. For most standard website changes, they are done within 1-2 business days (sometimes within hours). If we think the change will require more time, you can count on us replying with a timeline in 1-2 business days.

Can you host our existing website?

We currently utilize Joomla for building websites, and so if your existing website is in this platform and in the current version, then we can take over hosting and swoop in with our maintenance services. For all other websites, we would need to rebuild your website into the Joomla CMS. Rebuilding a website is a great time to assess what information is out of date and to give your website a face lift.

How do I send site change requests?

All written content should be sent either in a Word Document attachment or directly in an email. The more clearly you articulate your change (specifications such as what page is being edited, placement of images provided, etc), the quicker we can complete your request.

All images should be ready to publish as is and as a JPG or PNG file to our WeTransfer. We recommend sending the full resolution image and we will size it down to be best optimized for the web.

How do I pay for my services?

All invoices are sent digitally on the 15th of the month, covering services for the full following month. All invoices can be paid with Credit Card, ACH, or by mailing a check. Autopay by credit card or ACH is available.
